Christopher Metzler

Kit was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, and attended the University of New Mexico, where he pursued studies in mechanical drawing, computer aided design and drafting, and engineering.

As a Senior Project Manager, Kit works with Owners, Architects, Engineers and other consultants to identify & achieve the goals of the project and it's Principals, followed by comprehensive job site development, management and delivery. Kit has over 15 years of technical and job site experience in the construction industry, with extensive involvement in the management of large and complex custom homes and select commercial projects.

Kit began his career with the Company in 2001, quickly gaining knowledge of the foundational skill sets required, and is highly regarded among his peers for his ability to foster an environment of teamwork and clear goals for his team’s success.
