With your A team you are in a league of your own. I'd say 10 to 20 percent better than the next best guys. On all fronts, craftsmanship, identifying future issues, suggesting better ways to build something, research of products and material, streamlining the approval process, engineering, RO systems, door systems, etc. Metzler is the best on Island. Marketing that one is of the highest quality is tricky business however, because the subtext is that same one is the highest cost. I would without hesitation say that with Metzler's fee structure they always have the best overall value.
